This was the ideal spot to be if you were going to check out what Cocoa beach has to offer. we came here to get away and see some sites. The room was great, clean and had a full kitchen. Our shower faucet broke so we couldn't shut the water off, thank god maintenance was still there on a Sunday night. He was abel to get it down to a dribble which was fine. They did offer to put us in another room but we were leaving in the morning and I couldn't see dirtying up another room for 1 night. The only thing I didn't care for as I was looking over my bill besides having 3 different taxes I was charged for parking for each day. Its just one of those things that urk me like when you pay for cable but you have to rent out a box in order to use it.

The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was better than most. All in all excellent.
Overall, this hotel is conveniently located if your stay is cruise ship related. There are a few restaurants located near by, as well as a gas station and a clothing store.
A few sites list their shuttle to cruise ports as being free, but that's not the case. It's $10 per person, and you have to book online with a CC. The front desk cannot book for you.
The property was very clean and the staff went out of their way to help us. It was late and we needed some milk for our baby so staff went into the kitchen to help us out.
