Staff was friendly, welcoming and very informative. They had a social hour which was nice surprise (we was told about it at check in). The overall stay was really nice and felt safe throughout our stay. Breakfast was really nice and they had vegan options (THANK YOU FOR THAT Homewood Suites). I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is perfectly OK and the people are nice, decent breakfast and the rooms are large. The A/C system in the room makes a lot of noise, never understood those loud under the window systems, no one uses those except cheap American hotel chains, just odd and they constantly turn off and on all night long. Super annoying, so many better options but I guess this is the cheapest solution for hotel HVAC. Shower didn’t work the first morning after arriving, that doesn’t speak well for hotel maintenance or housekeeping. No daily housekeeping either. glad it was a short stay, I won’t be returning.

Really wanna say how extraordinarily friendly and personable the staff were. Clean, large, comfortable rooms. Easy to get to Jetty park, Fishlips, Squidlips, Dolphins, and of course the Kennedy Space Center space camp.
