We loved this place. Peaceful and tranquil. The room was much larger than we expected and we will definitely be back soon.

Very clean rooms, hall and lobby. The staff was friendly upon check in. The only negative was the side entrance to the hotel, the lock was not operational and anyone could enter the hotel area without a key. A possible safety issue.

Ernesto the owner was top notch! There was a bit of a snafu with a broken propane line during our stay, causing the b&b to be sans hot water. But honestly, it was fine. With such a relaxing atmosphere, stunning scenery, and quaint eclectic accommodations, who even needs hot water?! He prepared a wonderful breakfast that was traditional for the area-the mexican hot chocolate is to die for! The landscape around the area is beautiful. The staff are amazing and we really needed a good rest and this place is perfect.

Great hotel - close to the various attractions - shuttle bus to Bandalier National Monument within 2 min walk - 15 min drive to Los Alamos - quiet location - the breakfast is awesome and it features fresh fruit along with other healthy choices - one slight drawback is availability of restaurants that stay open past about 5:00pm - there is a pizzeria within walking distance which features some pasta choices as well as pizza (which was very good) - but we would and will stay there again if back in...

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were most helpful and super-friendly. This is our new go-to when visiting the Los Alamos area. Highly recommend this clean and convenient property. The morning breakfast is a great treat to start your days too! 😁

We loved our casita... Everything about it, especially the view and the patio. Total comfort and quiet relaxation time.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Comfortable rooms, great facilities, delicious breakfast and an easy walk to the plaza. But what truly stands this hotel apart is the staff - they went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests, nothing was too much trouble, and we were treated more like welcome friends than customers. Wonderful, just wish we could have stayed longer.

Faboulous hotel! I would recommend to everyone coming to Santa Fe. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Happy hour(Kick Start) was fantastic. The food was resturant quality and the varitey fit everyones wants. The abundance left you not wanting dinner. THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! From the valets, to front desk and housekeeping met your needs. But the food service staff went overboard to ensure you received everything you wanted. Food at every occasion was very delicious. THIS HOTEL SPOILED ME...

A wonderful place to stay. Strong echoes of 100 years past.

Perfect if you’re looking for something that’s not all full of unnecessary bells and whistles. Rooms are clean and have necessities and amenities like a shower with near-neverending hot water, a mini-fridge, and a beautiful skylight. Huge plus to be able to park right next to your front door. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re through Santa Fe on a budget.

A good stay and comfortable!

We loved our stay at Santa Fe Motel & Inn. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Only complaint was that the parking lot was a little too tight (too many big cars and trucks made it difficult to park).

The negative surprise was to learn at check-out that we owed 25$ a day for the use of amenities (which by the way we did not use). When asking explanation about this surcharge, they said that it was mentioned when booking through Expedia. I checked again in Expedia, but I could not find this exclusion - it maybe buried somewhere in some note, but when I book with Expedia I expect transparency and no tricky conditions
