Great property, excellent staff! Loved the warm cookies at arrival day. Breakfast options were good too! Denise the manager was excellent to deal with.

Check in was super friendly. Lobby very clean . Our room was clean . Would have liked to have had a walk in shower honestly. Bathtub super low and slick . A vent would also be very helpful in there . Now let’s talk Breakfast !!! Holy moly Linda who does the cooking knocked it out of the park with her cherry or strawberry cheese cake waffles that she personally fixed for each guest .. the following morning was homemade Sausage gravy and biscuits . Along with the usual complimentary breakfast...

We stayed at other hotels without a staff before, and this one works smoothly. Lovely, big sweets with comfortable beds, great rooms for relaxing, and a well appointed kitchenette There are no amenities but a fun Speakeasy. Located right downtown with lots of walkable shops and restaurants,

Great location for all our needs. Variety of restaurants and fast food within minutes. Easy access in and out of interstate exit and hotel area at all times - no crazy "rush hour exit" as I have experienced with other areas. Beautiful area- will definitely return and recommend to friends who may wish to visit. Staff attentive and the breakfast was fantastic, even offering healthy options like egg white veggie omelets.

The only thing I would add would be more protein and low calorie options for breakfast.

The construction was going on but the room was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.

I love this hotel! Such great service, a boho style with huge rooms and comfy beds. They are even pet friendly! Such a gem. I’ve stayed twice and will stay as often as we can!
