Luxurious

Property is conveniently located to many local attractions. The rooms were nice and clean. I canceled my Marriott booking and gave this a try, and I was not disappointed. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I enjoyed my stay!!! It was a win, win!!! Customer service was also great and accommodating, even with my late check-in time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or friends.

This property was a big surprise for us It was so much better than I thought . Having the oool and a fridge in our room was perfect The space was clean and the breakfast was good. And Bobby was fantastic in helping us with any issues and getting Taxis. But the best part is at night . Sitting on the patio are drinking rum punch and chatting in this quite neighborhood was priceless.. Very safe area but you need to get taxis everywhere but my sister who was in the center of town , also had to get...

Everything

All staff are great, especially the Front desk staff

For the cosy of the rooms, Housekeeping needs to work on cleanliness of the rooms. The night stand had several bottle and cup marks stains from coffee and soda used by prior guests. The computer desk was extremely dusty. The floor had black footprint stains from the previous guest and clothes tags under one of the beds. Breakfast is excellnet!!! The breakfast staff generally were very nice except for one morning there was a male chef making the omelets and he seemed angry and didn't want...

excellent and accommodating staff. recommended

Excellent service attention to details. I would definitely recommend this hotel as your first choice of stay on your trip to Guyana. The staff make you feel so comfortable to the point you won’t want to leave.

Service was great.

Great place to stay if you are in Georgetown Guyana. The owners were super helpful friendly.

Great find. When the taxi pulled up to the hotel all I saw was a small wood building typical of an old colonial building. This turned out to be the office / check in. Ask for the new building just behind. Room was large well appointed, clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location turned out to be only a few minutes from where I was working. I would highly recommend the Herdmanston Lodge and will stay there again when I return to Georgetown. I recommend taking a taxi...

I had a really good stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It was my second time at this apartment and believe me when i say it was awesome. Need a quiet place to chill and relax, the next level apartment is just the right place for you.

Outstanding Customer Care We stayed here for a full week and it became our home away from home. I was glad to be a bit outside of town, and it’s an easy and affordable taxi ride into the heart of Georgetown. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Ogle airport where the flights to Kaieteur Falls depart. That was extremely convenient. The falls are a must do! The hotel grounds and rooms are extremely clean. The air conditioning in the room works spectacularly. The beds are very comfortable and...
