Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here. We had such an incredible experience staying at Zeavola! The facilities are very well kept, and the grounds are stunning. The staff was so accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. Truthfully, it was very difficult for us to come up with any suggestions for improvement. The only two things we could come up with were 1) there is no ATM in the area where Zeavola is located (so come with cash!) and 2) the website does not do a great job describing logistics on getting to the resort...

Our third stay here and my primary choice if you are staying downtown/main pier/tonsai. Place is loud till 2am, eventhough it is one of the furtherest locations from slinky bar in town. The more expensive pool rooms actually are the loudest as I stayed there my first time. This hotel was really good. It’s scenic, offers many amentities, but is wuite far from town (we walked 20-30min to and fro each time). My review will primarily be about the hotel’s service though. In the first room I stayed, the AC didn’t work. We think it started working but broke some time while sleeping. My friend and I were miserable and woke up in the middle of the night. The staff, location and views could nit be better however the tide can impact arrivals so be prepared to be shuttles by a dinghy at times of extreme low tide. Not a big deal overall but a consideration nonetheless. The property is on the side of a mountain providing unequivocal views and breezes but with theses benefits come plenty of stairs and some uphill to rooms but a vehicle is available to shuttle guests so problem conquered. An amazing place overall. Would return tomorrow!

I was concerned about booking a hotel on Ko Phi Phi due to the low ratings on most of the hotels. We decided to stay at the Holiday Inn due to having the highest rating on Expedia. The hotel is great it's very quiet, located on the backside of the island away from the main pier. The only downside is if you do want to do a lot of exploring (Bars/Night life) or tours from the main pier it's a $20 water taxi ride one way. The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper

This place is just absolutely heavenly! We were there for three days with my sister and our husbands. We got a two bedroom chalet. The property is very new and hence everything is really nice and Phi Phi-Lux for a great price. All the chalets overlook the blue ocean. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked great (Air con, hot water etc.). The staff is really lovely, especially Emmy and Biya. Hotel was next to the longbeach, that is 5 minutes takes from tonsai pier by taxi boat. The town and the beach also linked by a path, that includes climbing but the route is great to walk. The breakfast was great for us :) I can reccomend chicken sandwich. There is no dinner service at hotel but u can easily reach 400m away restaurant for dinner that is olso next to the beach and the prices are ok.

Very clean. The garden is beautiful with many many very very nice bonsais. It is very close to the pier which is the only way to get to and out Phi Phi Island. The breakfast is so so.

Stayed here for 3 days and wish I stayed longer. This hotel had the best customer service, booked our private island tour through them, picked us up at the ferry and brought us back to the ferry after checking out as well. The hotel is the last on the beach , hasn't officially opened yet but they have some rooms that were ready so they listed it on expedia. The rooms are huge with a couch in front of a tv. The 3rd floor has direct access from the room to the pool . The vies higher up are better. The first floor room (not the bungalow) was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs some love, but it's not a deal breaker. The restaraunt had a decent choice and the food was good. The best part is that it's located in a quiet part of the island, so there is no disturbance from loud music and crowds until late night.
