The property was nice and clean. The rooms were a good size. My only concern was with the service. The person that helped me check in was extremely rude. I had been driving for four hours when I got to the check in. I was friendly but she wasn't. I was trying to ask her if my room had a sofa bed like and due to being so tired, I couldn't get the words out fast enough for her and she started mimicking me when I couldn't think of the word for "sofa bed"... she raised her voice and started saying...

great place, just wish it had an indoor pool. San Francisco tends to be tool cool to swim outside. Bigger workout room would be nice too. Overall hotel was very clean, up to date, wonderful beds, modern and accommodating to a family's needs. Would consider the hotel again.

Menlo Park Inn was awesome!! Really friendly staff, super clean, and felt very safe and conveniently located. The breakfast was perfect for a grab-and-go and would be open even after their designated hours. There was always a cooler with filtered, iced water to fill up water bottles. We had a great time, would highly recommend!
