Fantasticly friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful garden around building and room very comfortable.

The room was great. The bathroom was great except there was no hair conditioner. The floor however did not appear to have been cleaned. The carpet had stuff on it (including someone’s old contact lens!) and the floor was sticky on parts. The kitchenette was stocked but we didn’t really need that since we ate out every meal. Overall good stay.

A great place to stay in Christchurch. Conveniently located off the main road to the airport. Access to sights and activities is excellent. Also easy to get to some great cafes,restaurants, and shopping areas. Staff are super nice and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Bill and Pat went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. Rooms are quiet and comfy and have a full kitchenette. Some also have spa tubs. Highly recommend the Airport Palms.

We loved the Mayfair! Everything was wonderful!

The room was spacious and warm! Warm is a good thing here since it was July and most other places we stayed at were freezing, so we really appreciated that. We really liked everything about the room, and the coffee/dining table was really practical. The owner/manager was really nice too.

Golden hotel is the perfect stay once landing in Christchurch and before leaving again. Very clean and nice space. Staff is also responsive and kind with inquiries. There is a Vietnamese cafe right on the main lobby so very convenient for a quick pick me up. Overall, would stay here again so definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful property located across the street from the Botanical Garden and green space. We stayed in the suite which I would recommend. It is so so nice! The host and hostess were available on the premise for what ever we needed. There are several areas in the villa for relaxation. It is quite for sleeping and safe for walking at night within a few blocks of shopping and eating.

I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. It had all of the advantages of an apartment rental, with none of the awkwardness of renting from an individual. The Kilmore Collection is owned by The George, the adjacent boutique hotel, and staff at The George are on hand to check in and out and assist with anything else. The townhouse was a gorgeous two story flat, very comfortable and spacious. And the location was perfect.

staff was phenomenal. went above and beyond. stayed for 9 days. found the place to be very clean. bedding was more than comfortable, with heated mattress pads too!!! had a 1 bedroom unit. individual heating system in each room, floors heated, towel rack heated. kitchen fully supplied, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. nearby grocery, fish and chips, pharmacy - all within walking distance of a very nice, quiet neighborhood. easy bus service into city. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and clean with lovely decor. The location was great within walking distance to everything. The staff at the front desk were all very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if in Christchurch.

Very clean with everything we needed. It felt like home! So great to have a washer and dryer. Excellent accommodations conveniently located. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The George is an outstanding hotel. The service was amazing. The bistro and bar were very good. The room was very comfortable and modern. The location is right next to the Avon River and park and is a perfect place to stay at in Christchurch if you want to walk to the main attractions.
