Ocean Oasis has been my go-to hotel since it opened, and it continues to deliver every time. The staff is exceptional, very warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location is ideal, the property is new and beautifully maintained, and the views are simply impeccable. The food has also been consistently great. It really is the complete package…great service, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and a wonderful location all wrapped into one. Always a pleasure staying here.

A small but lovely hotel in the hills above Portsmouth, with a commanding view of Prince Rupert Bay. The rooms are large, breakfast is fantastic and the staff and owners are incredibly friendly and helpful! Portsmouth is a great place to stay, with restaurants, whale watching, a couple of wine sand beaches to stay, and good beach bars in which to wile the days away. Highly recommend The Champs.

Serene private environment

Hotel was peaceful, clean, room very spacious, staff very nice and friendly. An overall very good experience. The hotel is a waterfront property with its own pier as it has a water activity shop. There is also a jewelry store on the compound. It also has various activities such as Friday night buffet at the Warner's Bar with live music. There are other activities on other nights as well. Beautiful location and hotel. Nice restaurant, however dinner menu is a bit limiting, especially for vegetarians, offering only 1 vegetarian entree. The menu doesn’t rotate during a week, so if you have a long stay, it gets boring unless you go eat other places. Breakfast was very nice. Staff nice and helpful.

So much character and downright fun! Short walk to wonderful river swimming holes and a private hot spring homemade pool. The place itself is a small handmade cabin. Looks primitive but has all the amenities like wifi, hot water, and a hot plate for heating coffee. My favorite of the 10 places my wife and I stayed at on our 16-day Caribbean trip. Total cost of $65 per night made me rate it "excellent" for the value this was to me.

Mainroad Suite and Calibishie is a little piece of heaven on the northeast side of Dominica. It is so very much different than the rest of the island. The accommodations are a perfect base for exploring the many sights and hikes. You come back to a very quiet and clean apartment; with a very nice welcoming family feel. The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again.

New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer.

This hotel was very close to the ferry boat marina and cruise ship docks. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on a main street so I enjoyed the noise and vibrancy from the 2nd floor deck. My room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge and a working air conditioner. The large deck was for all guests and overlooked the street.
