we had to switch rooms the first time because our tv wasn’t working, our new room the AC didn’t work. i contacted the front desk and was told to wait 15 minutes - 1 hour for it to get cold. it never got cold and my family slept in a hot room. i decided to deal with it since our first inconvenience was already irritating to deal with. i didn’t wanna switch rooms AGAIN.

I was disappointed with my stay. First, the room I was given had an AC that barely cooled, so I had to request another room, which wasn't much better. When I checked out, the hotel kept my entire $100 security deposit because of one towel that had makeup on it from removing my makeup. I understand I signed an agreement about damages, but keeping the full $100 over a single towel seems unreasonable. If anything, charging for the cost of one towel would have been much fairer than keeping my entire deposit. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled.

Cool hotel, if you like staying away from a chain.

Thumping hip-hop dropping F bombs shakes you awake at 8:30am, then switches to 80s cheese or heavy metal if you dare complain. Comfy-ish beds, slanted floors, and nonstop beats make for quite the disturbing experience . Bring earplugs! 🎶😵 Happy 4th of July
