"One of the experiences I loved was the customer service. The Manager Ms. Lequisha is a great multi tasker. She was handling technical issues, adhering to staff concerns and then I arrive with a dilemma. My flight from DC arrived in the early morning hours. And I was hoping that a room would be available before the 3pm check in.
