"Only things I saw could improve is bathrooms although in good shape you could see on the details that some TLC was needed, and another major thing was the mattress not being the usual plush hotel mattress, you could somewhat feel the springs. We still had a good night sleep tho so it wasn’t bad."

"Have stayed here many times for biz. It’s a bit spartan as there is no breakfast and a limited pantry, but overall it’s a great value for the money. It’s about a mile from Pier Park and lots of shopping/restaurants. Staff is always very nice. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes. "

"Good location. Over priced for age and condition of hotel. Room, bed, pillows, linens all good. Best water pressure in shower. Room was neat and clean. Ac in room great. No oder in room. The lobby was not inviting. Only 2 chairs. Hallways were dirty and not moped the 3 days i was there. No ac in lobby, hallways, breakfast room. Pool water was not clear. Parking lot lights were pointed at our windows. Daylight bright, unable to tell if night or not. Breakfast was not worth trying...

"I have always loved the Chateau & have stayed here numerous times throughout the years. They recently did a remodel & it’s nice! Our room was nice, beds were comfy & clean, the bathroom needed a little re-haul but overall it was clean & that’s all that matters. 10/10 would stay here again. "
