We stayed for one night. The pool and beach access are nice. The room was below average. Not worth 450$ a night. The bedsheet was dirty. We asked for extra bedding twice and never received it. The ice machine on the 10th is broken. The air conditioning is sub par in the room It was incredibly disappointing as most of our stays have always been 5 star. I asked to speak to a manager and never received a call. I’m just disappointed in the experience. The rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. This is more of a 250.00 a night stay not 450.00

Overall we enjoyed the property - unfortunately our room wasn’t the cleanest, there was food on the floor in a couple of spots from previous guests and one of the beds was missing the top sheet. Location was fantastic and the direct access to the beach was a major plus, especially with 3 kids that wanted to go from the beach to the pool whenever they wanted.

The man working at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The beachfront location is excellent. The pool looked nice, and the lobby was sparkling clean and inviting, with a wonderful ocean view. The only downsides were that our room was a little dated, our room had a strong chemical smell, and the TV didn’t have any streaming services. I also didn’t look closely when I booked, and based on the price I paid, I was unpleasantly surprised to realize we did not have an ocean view.

The property was clean and convenient! It’s in the middle of everything and super close to Pier Park. The traffic is a bit crazy getting in and out however it’s definitely walkable to restaurants and shops! The property was clean and the room was comfortable.

My friend and I visited from out of state for the week of the Fourth of July. Our stay was great. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly. It was busy, but from taking into consideration it’s on the beach and on the main road, overall, I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting in the future.

Staff was excellent! Room had food left in the fridge from other guests and their old room key; which leads me to think maybe the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The tables in the dining area and around the bar were dirty in the evening and the morning. Guests would take their trash from the room and overfill the trash cans in the common areas. The breakfast line was long because the waffle station was at the front and should be at the end so guests that don’t want to wait can get theirfood quickly and keep the line moving.
