I love the vintage style of the hotel. It is right on the beach and has fabulous views of the sunsets. The rooms are newly renovated and look great!

Likes: Right on the beach, easy walk to beach, plenty of space for 5 of us, called for extra towels and they was waiting in our room when we got back, close to shops and restaurants, pool was nice, staff was nice at check in, easy check in and check out. Dislikes: Refrigerator wasn't the coldest. Had to put drinks in freezer to get cold, no dish soap, broom, dust pan, trash bags and you don't get any kind of room service til day 4. We went to the dollar store and bought a broom, dust pan and trash bags so we could clean up. With a family of 5 we habe a lot of trash. We probably could have called and asked for this stuff but we just did this ourselves so not complaining because we didnt ask for it. Its just a heads up. Beds were ok, small bathroom with shower. Some things need to be updated but over all a good stay. Nothing really to complain about honestly. We did enjoy our stay and we would stay here again.

we enjoyed our stay at chateau. i would like to mention our bartender at the tiki bar trish! she was incredible. great service and fantastic personality. she was attentive and made sure we were happy at all times. despite alot of people at times she was right on top of it. thanks trish as you made our stay most enjoyable!! The only complaints I have is upon arrival room was not ready but the staff seems not know what she was doing at least the one I had… one small suggestion was they need to dust. If they fix those 2 things I would rate it a 4 star because everything else was good.

This was the absolute worst hotel to stay at, the rooms were filthy when we arrived, housekeeping never showed up when asked to bring towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, staff was rude and the front desk person tried to scam me out of extra money when booking the hotel. Please please please spend your money elsewhere. The rooms also smelled like sewer and mildew, the smell was so strong that it kept me up at night.

We stayed at Chateau Beachfront for 1 week and 1 day. We were worried when I called saying we wouldn't be able to check in until midnight and they told us they didnt have a room for us. I booked 5 months ago for over a week but luckily they got it taken care of before we arrived. Once we got there and walked up to our rooms a couple was having a screaming arguement until after 1am. That was creepy but they must have checked out the next morning because the rest of the week I didnt have any worries of being there alone with my 2 kids. Everyone we came into contact with (staff) was great. The kids and I had a great time hanging out at the hotel pool and beach all week. The kids LOVED the ring game at the bar area and the smoothies were amazing. We were very happy with our choice of staying at Chateau Beachfront.

This was a last minute booking but I am glad that I chose this hotel. The location was great, restaurants next door and food options on site, pool with a small bar, & an outdoor lounging area overlooking the ocean. My room was as pictured. Yes the property is a bit older than the newer resorts but it is not bad at all. They’ve renovated the rooms and the only thing I saw needing improvement is that the tub could use a layer of caulk but that’s it. I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels but I was truly okay with staying here. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and accommodating. The maintenance guys were nice and attentive. My only complaint is that the pillows didn’t have pillow covers. Not sure if it was an oversight but I covered my pillow with a blanket that I had. I’d stay here again.

This was my 2nd time staying here and i really enjoy the stay. Beautiful views clean rooms nice relaxing family areas. I definitely don’t see me staying anywhere else when im in the area. Absolutely love this place would recommend to anyone

I stayed for 8 nights. I was told I would receive linen service on the 4th night. On the 6th day I had to ask for it and it was a struggle to get someone to bring towels by the 7th day. Staff would not relay messages to management. When they finally came to provide linen service they only tucked in the top bedding. They did not change anything. They took thebused towels but still didn’t leave new towels. Horrible experience overall. there were roaches also.

The first room we were giving (with a kitchenette, which I paid for) had a strong smell of mold. In the bathroom, a quarter of the ceiling was peeling off above the tub and continuously dripping water, and had mold all over the ceiling. There was a 10" bubble in the paint on the wall that was holding water as well. They gave us a new room, with no kitchenette. I was fine with this because they told me they would get me the correct room the next day, we finallty got it at 9pm the next day. The new room had a strong sewage smell, and we had to spray air freshener in order to try and cover it. After checkout, they decided to charge me $300 for a "smoking Fee", unfortunately, we do not smoke anything, or even vape. 5 phone calls later, the manager told me she would not take it off. She was very rude on the phone, and I ended up saying some things to her I shouldn't have and hung up. The bartender was very rude, the front desk staff was either very rude or unknowledgeable and weren't able to help, but I think it comes down to no one wanted to do anything. The pool was pretty gross, hair floating around everywhere. management is awful. I would strongly suggest not giving these people your business, there are way too many other options that are way better.

Started off the lady at the front desk couldn’t check us in. Once we got into our room after waiting 30 mins to get checked in, found out the entire property didn’t have running water. Huge inconvenience could shower, wash hands, or use the bathroom. Through out the whole stay the room smelled like marijauana, room key wouldn’t work. Staff was terriable and rude as possible. No help from anyone on the property with any of the issues.
