"Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again. "

The Front Office Supervisor Ge, introduced himself to us early on in our stay and was always around to greet us, ask if we needed anything, etc. Clearly a positive influence on his staff! "I had a pleasant stay at Brookstreet, but I feel there's room for improvement with the in-room entertainment. Upgrading the TVs to allow guests to access their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts would greatly enhance the experience, This addition would definitely make future stays more enjoyable."
