Great clean rooms. Quite spacious. Great staff. Restaurant, the “Shore club” offers a classy , yet, relaxing, atmosphere with good food. SUPER convenient location, being next to Every thing one needs, from Historical sites, such as, Parliament hill, to entertainment and numerous restaurants a very short walk found in the Market area. The Hotel is attached to the Rideau Center, a major downtown mall, which is Perfect for those who want the do a little (or a lot) of Shopping, (Especially, for those who prefer to avoid venturing outside on those Rainy or Cold. Snowy days) ! Be prepared to spend a little more but is worth it!

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. Downside is parking. Not much parking closed to entrance underground had to walk a while with luggage and kids. No in and out privileges. Checked in brought kids and luggage to my room went down to grab rest of things and i had already gotten a ticket. You pretty much have to pay as soon as you get there but with people with lots of lugging and kids its impossible. I was given an extremely unfair amount of time to pay for my parking. They need a better parking system.for guests

Liked: the room was large with a beautiful picture window. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The saltwater pool was warm and clean. The conference area was well maintained. Didn't like: there were stains on the arm chairs in my room. Less than a block away from the building, I felt unsafe walking alone (there would be people huddled together, staring at passers).

Was never enough parking and was concerned with height of SUV grazed the height check rail. Pool needed to be cleaner and carpets needed cleaning smelled room. However, all staff waa really professional, friendly and helpful they cleaned our room really thoroughly also.

I felt like the staff was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. The lady the checkin desk and the manager on evening/night shift was very disrespectful. But that’s okay, I won’t be coming back there. They overcharged my card too and yet I got a refund. I see they took some charges off my card after I had gotten a refund. I was just over them so I let it go. I won’t be coming back there.
