"Charming boutique hotel adjacent to the famous Rialto bridge. Water taxi’s were available just outside the front door. Excellent restaurant next door too. Within walking distance to many sites in Venice. Staff was outstanding and went the extra mile to make sure your stay was great. Only complaint was the AC did not cool the room at all. "Steps from Piazza San Marco and an easy walk to everything. Room was beautifully appointed. " After a bit of a rocky start with no air conditioning, a room safe that did not work and an uneven hallway that we tripped on several times (3rd floor), we really grew to like this hotel and the wonderful guys and lady at the front desk, and the ladies in charge of the bar. Just a note American travelers... the A/C is not set in the room, it is controlled by the hotel. The window opened, and the breeze was cool and great, but the mosquitos were a problem. So, I would stay here again......
