"We got this place for a gameday weekend. And it was the perfect retreat from the crazy busyness once the game was over. Super quiet and peaceful out in the country. That said, it takes a little longer to get back to, especially with the traffic after games. I personally think the trade-off is worth it to have a comfortable retreat. Property owner is absolutely the nicest and most responsive host. Any issues you (probably won't) have should be handled quickly."

They were friendly, helpful, and joined us in celebrating the graduation with their communication including emails and a personal note when we arrived at the cabin. "The prior low reviews aren't very relevant, but here's my 2 cents. The house is actually very superb for the price. The parking spot sucks for a Diesel Excursion, but I made it work. The beds are semi-comfortable and sleep 6. However, the seating is only for 2-3 adults. There was also one cockroach that we found, but we're near the water, that's to be expected. I liked that I didn't have to spend extra money on pet fees and that it's not too far from I-45."
