"Easy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!"

"We did a little family getaway here with us and our 1 year old and our stay was great! The house is very clean and welcoming, the street is quiet and peaceful and the front and back patio on this house is so great to enjoy the beautiful weather and let our little one play. We are so sad to be leaving and will 100% be back and always check if this place is available first!!"

"Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful."

"The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others."
