"The description of the house states that the house is well stocked. It states shampoo, conditioner, soap included in your stay and that the house is fully stocked. There was not one bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner not present in any of the bathrooms. I have rented houses in the past and there were always plastic wrap or tin foil or ziplock bags provided. This house had none. There were no baking sheets. House had a really nice deck and view but the street and neighborhood was sketchy."

"Cabin was clean & quiet with a decent bed. I’d bring a few groceries with you as there is no easy access to a store for necessities. A cute little coffee, donut shop near by that has delicious donuts"

"Our stay at this cabin was perfect for a family weekend get away. The property was gorgeous and the house was clean, welcoming and roomy. The 4 master suites were perfect for a family that loves each other but values personal space. Ryan was very quick to respond anytime we reached out and was kind and helpful."

"Great ski cabin, super close to Sun River and Mt Bachelor. The cabin is smaller than the pictures suggest, but it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. The hot tub was perfect for after a day on the hill."

"The cabin was acceptable and decently clean. We went for a weekend conference there at Sunriver, but my husband came down with food poisoning our first night so things did not go as we had planned. Main concern is we were unable to gain access with the provided code so had to call and get other directions to gain access to the cabin, and no indication as to where the main garbage was to put the trash in. "This was great for our family of 4. Could use some updating, but we are not that picky and I felt the price was really reasonable compared to other houses in Sunriver. Sliding door and screen could be fixed as it was hard to get in and out. I could not figure out how to run dishwasher either. Overall location was great and our needs were met for our short stay!"

"Check in starts at 4, but your room isnt guaranteed to be clean until 6pm. We werent able to check in until nearly 6pm. This isnt something that is shown on the hotels.com site, so please be aware. But the resort was great and we enjoyed our stay. "

"It was really nice to be right on the river and Dechutes River Trail. Such a great location to walk to town. There was plenty of space for myself and my teenage son to hang out! Fees make it a little spendy, but worth it!"
