Meiner Meinung nach reines Kurzzeitairporthotel

Pros: große Zimmer,
Freundliche Begrüßung, oberflächliche Infos auf Fragen zur Umgebung, Verbindungen zur Stadt, Enttäuchendes Frühstücksbuffet

Lovely hotel in a good location for the NEC

Posted May 21, 2015
It was a lovely hotel and we were checked in speedily. The room was of a high standard and was clean/tidy. We were impressed with the breakfast as well, both a continental and cooked option were available. The location was situated very close to the nec, around a 10 minute walk away.

Great hotel if visiting the NEC or Genting Arena

Posted May 18, 2015
This hotel is in a fantastic position if you are there to visit the NEC or Genting Arena as we were. A 5-10 minute walk and you are there. Rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. Parking at only £7 a night was a bargain too!! Will definitely book to stay here again if going to a concert there again.

Decent Budget Hotel

Posted May 12, 2015
Pros: Staff were really friendly and efficient, the cab service they use is above standard, for the price the rooms are big and airy.
Cons: The food wasn't great, especially for the price. The rib-eye was 90% sinew and the chips were hard and blatantly refried.
Location: Bang in the middle of the NEC and within a short walk of the Station and a 5 minute drive to the airport.
The Ramada Encore is a modern, airy hotel with 3 floors and a restaurant/bar (as well as meeting rooms if you want them). The rooms have plenty of natural light, decent sized bathrooms, and a small desk area. The beds are better than average for the low to mid price range, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It's a good 15 minute walk from the Hilton Metropole (if you're attending a convention there it's a cheaper alternative), if you don't get lost that is (we did), and it's ideal for the airport and the NEC. 24 hour room service is another bonus, although the food is edible it's nothing startling and isn't cheap, but the breakfasts are pretty decent for the price.

Great hotel

Posted May 11, 2015
Great hotel, really good location for our event. Staff were friendly and very helpful especially the two guys who checked us in and out. We had attended a conversion at a nearby hotel and it was only a 15 minute walk for us, I'm actually sad that we wouldn't be going back to that area as I would definitely stay again. 😊

Nice hotel. Clean rooms

Posted May 11, 2015
Stayed 2 nights! Nice quiet hotel. The staff were polite and approachable. I did ask them to stock up my tea and sugar which was not done at all during my stay devastated!! I must have enjoyed it because if all I have to complain about is a cup of tea it must be all good! I will stay again!

Hotel in a convenient location.

Posted May 11, 2015
Stayed at this hotel this weekend. The rooms are clean and spacious compared to some hotels I've been to and the staff are friendly. I would say the only problem I found was that when we checked in, we were given a room with a double bed (instead of two singles). And, even though they changed our room quickly and efficiently, the room we were then placed in still wasn't correct. Over all it is a decent hotel, in a convenient location, with maybe some organisation issues.

10 Minute Walk to NEC

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Better Price, Location
Cons: Lighting in the room need improvment, it was very dark with small led lights
Location: Location is good, note that its not 5 minute walk to NEC its 10 Minute average speed walking.
overall its OK and clean.10 Minute Walk to NEC, Cheaper than the hotels around it. Parking 7.50 per day which is expensive. not enough Light in the room.
