"Going up the mountain was scary but once we got up the mountain it was amazing. The stay was so much fun I miss it already. The only thing bad was the cleaning , the place needs a deep clean, there was an old sponge in the shower. Other than that it was nice."

"We loved this house. It is bright and airy inside. The rooms are comfortable and big. It was just the two of us, but there was plenty of space for other people. Beautiful views out the windows. Awesome hot tub with starry night views (but covered). We could walk to breakfast, but felt like we had a property to ourselves (lots of privacy). Everything is very close (good restaurants, grocery). We cooked at home a few times and the kitchen was well stocked. Can't wait to visit again!"

"4 couples - golf/spa vacation. Location is perfect with access to Vail /Lionshead Village and local retail / dining. Wished the vail bus stop was a little closer. Great space for cooking/eating as a group, relaxing outdoors, indoor entertainment and plenty of room for a large group. Very quiet area."

"The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to...

"We loved our stay! Adam was an excellent host, ensuring we had what we needed, and explored all of the best spots. The property is beautiful, with trails cut for hiking and riding. Contiguous to the mountain trails and forest service land. We couldn’t be happier! "

"The cabin is wonderful and the location is amazing, however it proved to be a bit challenging for our purposes. We had a group coming up from Denver, and people were arriving at various times on Friday night. Because of forest service regulations, guests are not allowed to drive to the cabin to unload their stuff. They have to park downslope 200 yards and hike up. Wouldn't be a big deal if you didn't have much to carry, but we had heavy things like coolers full of ice and beverages. The cabin...
