"We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. "

"Very professional and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar area is pleasant and an added bonus. Communal area going up the bedroom could do with some hoovering, otherwise would rate everything 5 stars (appreciate this may seem too harsh and difficult to achieve at all times)"
