"This property is great for a group of 12-16 people. The kitchen/great room and all the bedrooms are spacious. The pool and spa was fun to use. So was the home theater and pool table. The host/property managers are extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property."

"We have been traveling yearly to Florida and always looking for a perfect house to keep our large family busy and this house was absolutely PERFECT! The house was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, ect. We had plenty of towels, and never felt that we "needed" anything more. The owner was so easily to communicate with and was able to add pool heat the same day we asked after deciding to heat it. It is well worth it to heat the pool and enjoy the hot tub. The outside projector screen and TV might have been the highlight of our vacation. We watched a movie and enjoyed the pool/hot tub every night. The movie theater was amazing as well and a great addition to an already perfect house. Our children loved being able to use the games upstairs and when they were playing you wouldn't even know it. There was so much room in the house we never felt crowded. I will be returning to this home!!!!!!"

"Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. My husband and I enjoyed our walk from the unit to the pool each day, however my son thought it was a bit of a hike. Coffees on the patio in the mornings were amazing. And lounging in bed enjoying shows to unwind at the end of the day provided the extra comforts of home We loved on site laundry and a dishwasher Perfect for a small group of 4 Looking forward to returning"
