Wouldn't stay here again.

It was a very clean and nice hotel. But I wouldn't stay here again because of how inconvenient the airport shuttle was. The driver claimed he was too busy to take me to the airport at the time needed and said I would need to take it within the next 10 minutes from the time I called. I literally had to rush out of my room and check out if I wanted to get to the airport. Never again. That was very unprofessional.

Upon check-in, the clerk wasn't very friendly. Asked for a cookie, as "hospitality starts with a warm cookie". The cookie was cold. Went back to let the clerk know. She said check back in 30 minutes. Went back after an hour ...still cold. Attended our event, returned @ 9:30, no cookies. Checked out the following day around 10:00 ...still no cookies, same nonchalant clerk. Ideal location.

Why stay there when there's so many other choices

I'm a nutshell, shower regulator was not working correctly NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER. I did not know this and tried unsuccessfully for 20 minutes had to get going (I had a meeting) complained at the desk on my way out - got back late, checked and hot water at sink tap thought it was ok - next morning STILL NOT WORKING - nothing was done to fix or respond to issue I WANT A REFUND!

4th floor remodeling

Pros: our room was clean and comfortable
the desk agent told us to follow the tile floor to the elevator and take it up to the 4th floor, once at the 4th floor we ran into a partition closing the hallway so we had to call down to the front desk and the desk agent then told us to get back into the elevator , take it down to the 3rd floor and cross thru the 3rd floor hallway and take the other elevator back up to the 4th floor to our room.

Pros: clean and overall nice
Location: cleveland cavaliers, indians baseball, football
to much noise with the neighbors unfortunately, keep kids on separate floors away from couples

Both rooms had drain issues in the bathtub and trouble holding temp in the shower. One room was missing a table and room looked as if someone had changed rooms prior to my check-in. Service at breakfast was lackluster but omelet tasted amazing. No one asked at checkout after 3 days how our stay was.

the patio door didn't close all the way so there was a little opening that I stuffed towels in front of. I didn't feel comfortable being on the first level with a patio door that didn't properly shut. My room smelled like smoke.

Walls are way too thin. Guy next too me was coughing all night long to the point of gagging and I had a terrible night sleep. Not to mention he spoke to his wife on speaker phone and I know all about his family and personal life.
