“Meeting Family in Cleveland”

This was a GREAT hotel. Comfortable bed and excellent pillows. There was a college football team staying there but you never heard a sound. I especially like the thermostat climate control. An air conditioner that did not blow on you all night long. No free breakfast but Bob Evans was at the end of the driveway. Will definately stay there again.

Very impressive and warm welcome as I stepped into the hotel. Very nice lobby and swimming pool. The room was excellent! I would definitely stay there again next time!

“Terrific stay, great breakfast and only one complaint...”

We have stayed there before and have been happy with the hotel each time. The staff is terrific---very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic! That lady makes a mean omelet!! The rooms were clean and had no odors (we stayed in non-smoking rooms. One of our rooms had a refrigerator and microwave while the other didn't but we really didn't have a need for one anyway. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows ample. Plenty of hot water for showers, too. My one and only complaint was that the hot tub was not up to a typical temperature for a hot tub. It was more like bath water. But it was enjoyable nonetheless. We will be back!

“Very nice!”

The hotel's location makes for a quick freeway drive to the east side, west side or downtown Cleveland, while avoiding the high prices or iffy neighborhoods there. And I got a great rate through Expedia!! My room was beautiful, immaculate and spacious. This is a little thing, but I especially liked the quality of the scented soap, shampoo and other toiletry items (sometimes I don't even use the hotel toiletries, but these were lovely). The person checking me in seemed very distracted and the process took way longer than it should have, but my enjoyable stay more than made up for that. The restaurant is good, too.

This was a wonderful hotel! The low cost combined with the luxurious room was a deffinate homerun! Would defiantly stay again!!

“Very clean, would definitely stay there again”

I recommend this hotel to anyone going to see loved ones at the Cleveland Clinic. The Cleveland Clinic isnt in the "best area" and so this is a exit just a few miles away. There are tons of restaurants, etc. The hotel is very nice, nicer than most for the money and you get a warm cookie when you check in!

“Super stay”

We booked after having had a great experience at a Doubletree in Gatlinburg. This hotel proved to us that Doubletree can be trusted. Hotel lobby was clean, open and inviting. Desk person at sign in was a newbie, but pleasant and always had a smile on her face. Room was large, nearly new looking, clean as could be and recently remodelled. Pool area had an indoor and outdoor component which were connected, was clean and pleasantly laid out. Landscaping around the pool area gave privacy for just sitting and talking if you did not want to participate in the pool frivolity. Peeked in at the ballrooms which were large and well maintained. I would visit this hotel again anytime.

“If I'm in Cleveland, its the only place I'll stay.”

I've traveled to most of the major cities in the U.S. and Central/Southern Europe. This hotel certainly is one of the best I've stayed in.
