The rooms and hotel itself were nice, but just felt tired. The staff felt very thin. The pool was overrun with kids acting rowdy and the water was cloudy and dirty. Overall, there was a lot of noise and seemed like people were propping exterior doors open and letting friends in for the pool and there wasn't enough staff to handle it.

Hotel was a dump. The worst Embassey. The room doors are not even closing properly you have to ram it to close it, bathroom sink and toilet are clogged. Rooms and bathrooms are so filthy you feel like you are using a public bathroom on high way rest stops. Yet, certain staff member with foreign accent (Ukraine) are very rude and gives every customer eye roll when questions are asked. Gives you fake hotel manager information when asked for a contact. I have escalated this to Hilton and is under investigation to get to the hotel GM and rectify this mess.

We had a large group and booked three rooms for two nights. The woman who checked us in was efficient and polite, but he coworker was not being as polite to her guests. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful getting us extra towels and blankets. We really enjoyed the choices at breakfast and the quirky layout of the hotel. If you are looking for modern, this is not the place for you, but it worked well for us.

So disappointed in Embassy Suite Beachwood- no up to the standards in other facilities. Room condition was very tired, mirror in bathroom was peeling, sofa pillows had tears, floor beside bed was sticky, had to ask for sofa bed sheets/blankets, breakfast was sub standard, coffee undrikable, food cold; staff struggled with English and lobby had an odor that was not pleasant. I will not be back nor recommend this facility to anyone

I really enjoy my stay only thing I didnt like was that it wasn't a shower curtain in the bathroom so taking showers were messy and the breakfast was cold and I went when they first started serving and they need a better variety of choices far as meat
