Unaware that cleaning crew only cleans and stocks supplies every other day. Conditioner in room was empty. Bed was comfortable. Spent very little time in hotel, just a place to sleep

It was fine for our single night stay, felt like there was a charge for everything. Carpets seemed old, dirty. Overall staff friendly, no one came to the front desk when we left. A Lady walked by us twice and didn’t say a word. So we just left

Aside from the guy who was banging on our door at 12:45am, startling us awake and the argument tat ensued 20 minutes later outside our door, everything was ok. Disappointed that breakfast was not included. Wondering why I am a card holder for Hilton?!

My family and I had an amazing stay here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Our breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious and the service, again was friendly and accommodating with our little ones. Definitely would stay here again! :)

Great hotel in Twinsburg!!
I needed to stay in Twinsburg to meet family members and this was the hotel that was recommended. It was easy to find in the Hotels.com app and booking was a snap. There were no issues with checking in early and the room was clean and just what I expected.
