"Check in with Troy was a little complicated the entire time he sounded irritated. Although I wanted to upgrade he told me to look up the nightly rates online myself. He did not explained where the breakfast buffet or pool were. Or which elevator to take. Otherwise facility is beautiful the other hotel staff from valet Sam to The Keg waiter named Omar was wonderful and super friendly. He explained the menu. For us and the kids it was a hit. "I have to say, this hotel and the room and I stayed in were one of the cleanest rooms i ever stayed in. Although the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, the staff still made sure to thoroughly clean the room. There were no mystery smells or stains. The matresses were not comfortable in the least bit. They were VERY hard, but, it didnt stop me from sleeping lol. "
