Front desk person was extremely ignorant. The pool was down and this was not mentioned on website when booked. He just said sorry about your luck. The pool is key when booking when you have kids. So disappointed. This is the third time we have stayed there. We like the location and pool/balconies. Always had staff at front desk that are very rude and ignorant. Very much not a customer service hotel.

Had a wonderful stay. Really like the location, as it is a quick 15 min walk to the Falls and Casino. Nice and central that way. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. Would recommend this location.

An email to say pool was closed as it was the main reason for choosing this property. from June 12th the pool will reopen. Check the website. The room was clean. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. My daughters wheelchair lost a wheel nut and their maintenance person was able to find one to fit it. We felt safe.
