Not a three star hotel. Perhaps a generous two. My car was broken into while I was staying there. There are no cameras in the parking lot. Front desk was very unhelpful and in certain instances downright rude. They simply put a phone in front of me and told me to call the cops. They did not interact with the the police until the officer insisted they do so. The rooms themselves were not particularly clean…and the sheets did not fully cover the mattress (which I suspect means there was no mattress pad)…which in itself is incredibly unsanitary. The walls are also very thin. The breakfast was sparse, the coffee lukewarm. The lamps are cheap LED’s that emit that depressing harsh green white glare (and were dusty too).And as other reviews have noted, hot water in the shower was sparse. Not worth it. Pay the extra 30 for one of the nicer places closer to downtown. This is a broken down, mostly deserted area. Neither safe or pleasant.

Very clean and their washroom smells good! This is really a good value hotel with breakfast included in the area. Big parking lot, eventhough we need to pay $20 per day.

Good location to all amenities, 5ish min walk to main attractions. Good simple breakfast provided - toast, muffins, cereal, waffles, eggs(salty!), saysages, juice, milk, coffe & tea). Room was fine. Beds not the best but fine for a night or two. Room was stuffy when first arrived but once we got air circulating was fine. Bathroom was somewhat dirty and coukd use a deep clean- shower walls you could tell werent done, some black mold in areas of grout and black mold behind door on lower part of outside tub.

Very friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early. Pool was heated and all was very clean. Beds were firm but layout of our suite was great for a family of 4 for a few days. Easily walkable to all attractions and lots of restaurants close by.
