"Really enjoyed the stay. The staff were all friendly and fantastic. House keeping kept the rooms in perfect condition. The good was good, though some of the items tended to dry out, being out on the trays. Mostly the meat. I loved the various cakes, treats and ice cream available for a dessert. The property wasn't very crowded, lots of space at the buffet, bars, pools, beach. We enjoyed looking at the various animals on the property, checking out the shops. My only gripe was the bellhops not showing up on time on my checkout day. Fearing missing the shuttle, we ended up walking the whole way to the front from our room with all our luggage. I wasn't very pleased with that."

"This resort is beautiful, and right sized so you don't feel like you are on an enormous and confusing property. The food was excellent. Small issue, not enough shaded seating on the beach, making it necessary to be there 6 AM to secure a good seat if you burn easy."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds. Pool was very nice, only downside was you had to get up way too early to get a spot, but it was a sold out hotel for the long weekend in March/ April, might not be this bad other times. Shout out to Ismael at the pool cabana. Beach wasn’t the nicest, but we knew this before coming to this hotel. Would definitely consider coming back in the future."
