"This studio was the perfect size for a long weekend getaway. It's 2 blocks from the waterfront with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a short walk. A fridge, microwave, stove, cookware, and tableware made takeout or late night pizza a breeze. The parking pass for the parking deck (1 block away) worked perfectly. The keyless entry was also convenient and easy to use. BONUS: This rental is pet friendly which is a big deal and much appreciated while traveling with fur baby."

"Cozy place with good vibes in a great location. A little noisy outside, but removed from the bedroom for sleep and mostly expected given the downtown location. Lots of excellent restaurants just a short walk away, river walk just down the street, plenty of galleries/art/marketplace events. Short, straightforward drive to the beach. Had a great time!"
