"We absolutely loved our stay at Paradise! Such a kid friendly resort with so many facilities/activities for the kids. Convenient location, only a short walk down to the main strip of Surfers. Plenty of food options including pizza, mexican and general cafe/pub style food. The staff were all lovely and we had particularly great experiences with Charlene, Adam & Gio who were all amazing with our kids and went above & beyond for us. Highly recommend for a family friendly holiday 😊"

"The only thing that was wrong was kids stuff all on ce ment path to room and beeping on a walking stick was a problem and than having to walk around there were too many tree roots. I really like the resort and am thinking off coming back but would like a room in block 1 to 14 would be nice "

"After having stayed at Chateau Elan a few years back and having a great experience, we decided to revisit, but increase the duration of our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by welcoming staff, and comforted by a balcony room that was made daily, and overlooked part of their golf course. With nearby restaurants literally a short walk away, it made for some laid back nights. Their onsite Day Spa is well worth planning ahead and making a reservation in advance! "

"The tropical garden feel and the gorgeous swimming pool was very lush. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything needed for our 5 night stay. The only negatives were, the size of the bathroom was on the small side and the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom floor. "We stayed in apartment next to the jetty. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Booking activities were easy. The only downside was the rooms were not very sound proof."
