"Everything was just right, easy, and lovely. Clean, well kept, perfectly stocked. It seemed to be recently renovated - nice appliances, modern heating and cooling units, new pots and pans. So many times when we travel there are little things that become stressors, but really this was just absolutely stress free."

"Small cabin, yes. Perfect for a family of up to four, max. Perfect for a couple. This cabin is absolutely delightful, though. I would love to come back to it. It is actually a bit bigger than these photos make it look, and has a great outdoor space around it. It is also well appointed and the decorations and style are perfect."

"Place was amazing. I go up there every year to fly fish and found this property on VRBO. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Plus the fishing was great for native brook trout right out the back door. Owner provided everything you needed plus more. Bed was very comfortable after fishing every day for 12 hours straight. It will be my go to place from here on out."

"If you’re thinking of booking, just do it! This cabin is perfectly located and has everything you need. We spent a glorious few days by the river, hiking nearby trails, and enjoying Harrisonburg. Be sure to bring your groceries; you can find milk and bread nearby. Creek can be fun for ages 8 and up. Fished a little without luck, but we're novices."

It accommodated all of my family and we were able to have a "meeting place" for everyone before heading to graduation. Very clean and cozy and the property is gorgeous! "This cabin is an exceptional place in the mountains; everything you would expect and then some. To our surprise it was fully decorated for the Christmas holiday which made it even more special. Plenty of space w/ very nice decks at the front and back (gas firepit is on the front deck and it received alot of use!). The trip up the mountain is as described - smaller vehicles would likely bottom out so just be aware. Again, great place and is highly recommended! "
