"Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. " Wife and I stayed Taj Krishna for 7 days in April 2024. We believe that it was the staff that made our stay extra special and memorable. We had our breakfast and dinner in the Encounters Restaurant and our interaction with the staff made the stay memorable. Supervisors Prakash, Ravi, and Dominic, and their service staff Amul, Angad, Frahad Pathak, Janvi, Manish, all were very attentive to our needs and very courteous. We would highly recommend 'Mud Fish' curry dish prepared by chef Bala and his kitchen staff. We will stay again at Taj Krishna on our next visit to Hyderabad. "
