Pros: Location - about 15-20 minutes from Hershey Park. Close to all highways, and several restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity.
Cons: CLEANLINESS!!!
We stayed one night - going to Hershey Park the next day. We should have spent an extra $40-$50 to get a better hotel room. The outside of the hotel seemed OK when we drove up. The hotel is now entirely non-smoking, but the hallway still has a stale, musty, smoke smell, and our room smelled the same. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We all kept our shoes on while in the room. There was a big stain of something that had been splattered on the wall above the one bed - looked like it was soda or some other drink/liquid that didn't get cleaned. The knob on the A/C-heater was broken, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. We went to Walmart to buy towels because the hotel towels were so stained and gross looking. The comforters had stains, and the chairs had stains also. We found a bug on the comforter.....gross! We checked under the sheets - everywhere - before getting into bed and didn't find any others. We understand that some wear-and-tear happens in hotel rooms, but this room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We survived for one night, but would not return again.

I decided to save some money by staying further away from the park. In doing so, I got what I paid for I guess. The bathroom was so dirty, I did not want to even shower because the walls were not even wiped down from the previous occupant. The shower curtain had mildew, the tub and tub walls had soap scumb caked on them. The lights in the room had dirty fingerprints all over them. Basically, the housekeeping was horrible.

Close to Hershey

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: comfortable hotel
Cons: better sheets was very cold in the room
Location: Hershey Park was a close drive
Hotel was decent just needed a place to stay close to Hershey Park. Breakfast was only served up to 9:30 which I thought was too early and was served in the hotel check-in desk area which was really cramped and awkward, the hotel staff was just standing at the desk while we ate.

Awful hotel...had to change hotels

Posted Jul 1, 2014
This hotel was filthy! We checked in at 3:00 AM. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom tile was covered in mold and mildew, toilet hadn't even been flushed, there were holes in the carpet and paint peeling on all of the doors...mattress was so bad it was nearly V shaped. When we laid down on the bed you slid right to the middle...we were supposed to stay 4 nights...we checked out by 9:30 the next morning and found a new hotel.

About 20 minutes to Hershey Park

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Cheap
The hotel was good for the price. The mattresses were fine, and the carpet seemed to be new. When you first walk in the hotel room, there was some bad smell, but you quickly got used to it. Breakfast was very basic, which we did not eat. We all slept fine in the room with the AC on, and we did not hear much noise at the night. It was about 20 minutes away from Hershey Park. I probably will book a place closer to the Park the next time that we go.

Happy New Yorker

Pros: The staff were always friendly.
Location: This location was very close to Hershey attractions and we had no issues getting around.
This hotel was nice for the price we paid and staff was also very friendly all the time. If comfortable, yet cost efficient is what you want then this is a good place to stay.
