The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans."

"I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!"

"We stayed here while we were in town for my son’s graduation from Belmont so it was the perfect location! We could walk to lots of cute stores and places to eat! The unit was nicely appointed and pretty with all updated kitchen and baths. It was comfortable, clean and cozy. Great communication from the host as well. Would 100% stay here again."

"This location is simply beautiful inside and out, and is situated in a safe, picturesque neighborhood within steps of Belmont University. It’s also an easy walk to South Street. The pictures are representative and the house is clean and well stocked with attention to details. "This place was perfect. I literally have zero complaints! I will say it is a lot of stairs, its 4 different levels so would not recommend for anyone with any walking disabilities or injuries. But everything was picture perfect. Loved the wall decor and themes in each room. Everything was spotless the moment we walked in and accommodated my group very well! So much space for even 12 people to still be spread out and not be crowded. Would definitely stay again!"

Just a few minutes to Broadway in one direction and a few minutes to great shopping in the opposite direction. Lots of local restaurant options nearby. "Great spot to unwind after days in the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Felt like a local by staying outside of the downtown area! Perfect location if you have a car, 10 min to any area of the city, and fine location if you like to walk:) The grocery store one block away was super convenient. Super clean place and property manager was very communicative."
