This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions! Located walking distance to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. Only a short Uber drive to the main bar area on Broadway. Comes with FREE Parking and has a washer/dryer right in the condo unit.

Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

Great spot in awesome location!
We stayed here while we were in town for my son’s graduation from Belmont so it was the perfect location! We could walk to lots of cute stores and places to eat! The unit was nicely appointed and pretty with all updated kitchen and baths. It was comfortable, clean and cozy. Great communication from the host as well. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location!
We loved our stay here because of the location to so many great shops, food spots, and walkable areas. We road scooters to nearby shopping at South 12 and walked to Vanderbilt for a game. Would like some extra cushioning on the beds as they were a little stiff. Very safe spot and easy to check in and out

Perfect for a short stay
Two bedrooms and a neat kitchen/living/dining was all we needed. The rooms were a nice size and there was a full size bathroom for both rooms. One was open to the community area. A nice porch, seating for 2, overlooked the parking lot and general area. The toilet in the master bedroom was very short and the beds seemed low to the floor as well. Directions thru mapping service take you to the street next to the parking lot with no access to the lot. Host provided written directions but it was difficult to find at first. Not recommended for folks with mobility or strength issues. This is all upstairs.

More than we could have hoped for
This place was perfect for our stay in Nashville. We were visiting Belmont and Vanderbilt and it was ideally situated. It is also beautiful and well maintained, and the shops and restaurants in the area were close and engaging. We were so impressed. If our kid winds up in college in Nashville, we'll be staying there again!

About the Apartment -Beds were not too hard and not too soft…they were JUST RIGHT. Especially after 6 hours of music dancing and singing. The microwave heated our porridge perfectly. 😁. Unit manager was very responsive. Easy access to the unit. Delicious breakfast place a few blocks away (biscuit love).

Super clean, super cute place right next to Belmont University and within easy walking distance of Vanderbilt University, bars, restaurants and shops. A little farther (but still walkable) down to the heart of Nashville's Broadway bars and honky-tonks.

Overall the place was nice and worked out well. My only complaint would be that in the master you can’t have the fan on while having the entry light off, they are on the same switch so it’s either light and fan on or everything off.

Adorable condo with really comfortable beds. Could use a more comfy couch but we weren't at the condo much for that to be an issue. Host was GREAT with communication. The neighborhood is quaint and has a lot of great food and shopping options for a change of the fast pace of Broadway. The brunch restaurant at the the bottom of the hill on the left hand side was DELICIOUS. Double Dog Brewery also at the botoom of the hill and to the left a couple buildings had good beer and decent food with lots of TVs for the games. Quick Uber ride to Broadway and The Gulch. Uber was between $12-28 depending in time of day...and we were there for NYE so that probably inflated the pricing. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We were two couples. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom and bath. Nicely remodeled. Close walk to restaurants. Close Uber to downtown and south S. The Management company checked in with us and even helped point us to a service that would keep our luggage for us between check out and our late flight.

This cute little condo/apartment was SO perfect! Love the modern look and style! Everything was extremely clean and well prepared for our arrival! The location was perfect for my weekend trip to visit Vanderbilt University. It was a nice walk to campus and also an easy drive if you didn’t want to make the trek by foot! The parking situation was the only thing I had slight confusion about because the spaces are numbered so I thought spots were assigned, but as it turns out that is not the case! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and I have zero complaints! Would gladly stay here again!

Belmont Visit
Was in town for orientation at Belmont for our daughter. Could walk to the college from the complex. Rooms were nice, assessable parking, close to good restaurants. We did have our vehicle broke into, so don’t keep any belongings in car. Police told me other cars in same area hit that same night. Have stayed in this complex before, like the area and management is always responsive if needed.
