"The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The buffet was next level; impressive!! There were a few issues with ants/bugs in the room, dirty pool, loud construction late at night (trying to fix elevator), broken faucet and elevator. The beach was hit and miss with the tide bringing in dirty polluted water and dead fish. There was an incident where police chased someone down the beach with ARs and hand guns and shots were fired. "

"We stayed at the Hotel for 10 nights. Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep. The mattress was so hard that it felt like sleeping on wood.The apartment was also very old with damaged doors and lots of insects.I went to the hotel and talked about the insects and they didn't do anything.It was not a good experience."

"O quarto era bom, cama boa e lençóis limpos. Achei que está precisando de uma reforma. Limpeza no hotel todo, mas as toalhas para piscina eram muito pequenas. Todo o pessoal muito educado e solicito. Mas achei muito caro o café da manhã e o fato de não estar incluído na Diaria, que já estava acima do valor ofertado no site do hotel."
