"We spent a family vacation here over memorial day weekend. The property is great. Very spacious and quiet. It is stocked with everything you could need and then some. The owners are very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on things to do in the area. We will definitely be returning."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mio while staying at this Cozy Cabin! It is cozy indeed and quite comfortable. The hosts have been thoughtful in providing equipment and amenities that can be used as the weather allows. We stayed during a beautiful snowy time. I look forward to coming back in warm weather to enjoy what the Ausable River has to offer."

"Every thing was great except for the beds. The top bunk was so close to the ceiling that nobody could get into it. The full size bed mattress was extremely unsupported. Sleeping was not ideal."

"House was located 15 minutes from the golf property. Kitchen was well equipped and nice outdoor grill so I didn’t have to drive to town for food, just one stop for groceries for two days. Very private area. Just perfect for my needs"

"The inside appears recently redone and clean. Great little place for two people to stay while golfing in the area. Would be very tight for more than two people. A rustic place with a small shower, coffee maker, small microwave, nice streaming capable TV, fireplace, and comfy beds. Not sure if it has AC."

"This ADA cabin looks exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for our extended weekend cabin getaway. For those looking for mobility access, it is spacious for wheelchair users and one of the beds is low enough to transfer. The shower does have a lip to get in. It would be ideal for it to be a roll-in shower. The shower chair was necessary and did the job, but could be sturdier. A folding shower bench mounted on the wall would increase accessibility. "The location is okay but we were mostly coming to get into the water and go canoeing which we were told there were canoes and kayaks on site and a place to drop in. That is correct however they did not mention the extremely steep incline hill of mud and roots to get into and out of the water and the length of the incline which is absolutely not doable so basically the ploy to get us on site and booked dropped many stars for our family. If I were to just rate the house that was a 4."
