"Probably the best holiday let/cottage we have stayed in over the past 11 years. Spotlessly clean with all the home comforts and more. The kitchen was better equipped than my one at home!!! Hot tub was a lovely addition Great welcome basket - plum bread a new firm favourite. Jayne the host greeted us on arrival which was really nice Very quiet village with a nice pub opposite. Conveniently located near Lincoln and the Lincolnshire Wolds Would highly recommend"

"A beautiful recently refurbished in a very attractive art deco style. Close to the cathedral it is perfectly placed in the heart of old Lincoln. Excellent breakfast and a very good dinner. Unfortunately there was no live tv in the rooms during our stay, for which we were reimbursed with a bar and restaurant credit. The room was cold due to a boiler problem, but we were provided with a mobile heater. There is no onsite parking, but public parking is readily available. "

"Rooms are in a good location near to bars and restaurants and the picturesque riverside. The pub itself is friendly and good value with a good selection of real ales. There is a quiz night on a Thursday. We considered the room itself was reasonable value for money and although it has all facilities needed, it could do with updating, especially the shower room, which is small."

"Very nice welcome from the lady in reception (warm cookies a brilliant touch). The hotel is brilliant, the bar, restaurant, rooms and the little fitness centre. Only missing a pool/spa. The only negative element was the parking; £15 for 15 hours, not many spaces and very cramped. Would be better used as a pool and spa and use the car park on the corner ;) Very satisfied with the stay!"
