"This is a wonderfully secluded cabin with quick access to Bar Harbor and the Hull's Cove Acadia National Park entrance via Crooked Rd. The kitchen and grill are clean and fully servicable for those inclined to cook their own meals. The cabin is equipped with an AC unit that could definitely keep the place chilly on the cooler days. I would definitely recommend staying here for those interested in having a quiet place to go back to in the evening and unwind from the day's adventures."

"A spectacular log cabin in a beautiful part of Mount Desert Island. It's a fifteen minute drive to Acadia with none of the crowds. The living, dining, kitchen area is comfy and well appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great working order. Great deck and outdoor area. Our only complaint is the stairways (inside and out). They were handmade with uneven steps, narrow treads, loose boards and wobbly handrails. Also, it felt more like a two bedroom, one bath because the 3rd bedroom was...

"An amazing, peaceful location to spend a week with our two year old daughter. Walking distance to some lovely walks/trails. Views of the cove and tides from the living room and main bedroom. (Not to mention harbor seals and bald eagles!) Convenient, short drives to Echo Lake, Acadia, Southwest Harbor etc etc. The list goes on. We feel SO lucky we found this spot for the last week in August. Made us fall a little more in love with Mt Desert."

"This cottage was a pleasant change from the bustle of Bar Harbor. Although its small and cozy, it had what we needed for a short term stay. Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure."

"The home was perfect for myself, husband and adult son. This home has a large kitchen and the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. The living room had plenty of comfortable furniture for all of us to relax on. Beds were comfortable and the entire rental was clean. Super close to the national park, less than 10 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we travel back to Bar Harbor Maine."
