"Clean, great beds; liked having a washer/dryer; sometimes hard to find items like the bathtub mat (found it underneath the kitchen sink, probably need some type of labeling system would help); plenty of cooking pots/pans and cooking/grilling utensils; Excellent location close to several boat ramps; Plenty of hot water for 3 grown men for showers; One issue might be the narrow spiral staircase going up to the 3rd bed for a big man, but we managed. All 3 of us agreed that we would come back again...

"This was such an awesome stay! The home had everything we needed to have a stress free weekend, out in the country and relax. You do have a bit of a walk to the house from the parking area (not a big deal but it is on uneven ground) and also a very very steep walk down to the water side. This is just for others information. Not a complaint from me! In case you have elderly or not as mobile guests. The two units are so super cute and it looks like more might come in the future! Just a wonderful...

Being that we are all from 3 different regions of Texas, finding a central location that will house us all comfortably with plenty a amenities has been difficult to find, until now. It is a rustic cabin so don't expect the Hilton, but we had plenty of room to relax. Great fire pit out back. Lots of beds upstairs for kids (or adults)..
