"This house was everything that you see in the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 5, parents and 3 adult daughters. You could certainly fit more people but the girls really enjoyed having their own rooms to sleep in, even though we spent all of our time enjoying the open living area and the outside! "We stayed here 5 years ago and returned. I think that says a lot :). The Annex is in a perfect little spot, and has everything we need. Bed is comfy, space is cozy, and feels like home. Besides the conveniences, Leslie is amazing. Great communication, willing to help with whatever you need. And had some items for breakfast there!… which was wonderful after a late night arrival. He is honestly just a wonderful man, and this time was hard to leave! He has become like family. I hope we can return...

"Lots of good, more recent replenishments, like the bathroom, the dining area, and the great swimming pool, hot tub, saunas. Nice well-tended gardens. Great service. But a lot of windows painted immovably shut. And the food was a big let-down. We arrived on Sunday for Sunday dinner at 8, couldn't eat our mains. Breakfasts had the feel of having sat a long time after cooking, bacon burnt to a crisp on 2 out of 4 breakfasts."

"I really like this hotel, especially as it has a lift. However, his time i was in room 7 which, oddly, had 3 sets of drawers but nowhere to hang clothes. There was no wardrobe, hanging rail or even a supply of hangers (fortunately I'd brought a couple with me)and only 1 hook, on the back of the door. I resorted to using the towel rail to hang my work clothes on! This niggle aside, it was a well priced, clean, comfortable and quiet room and I will return (with more hangers, lol). "
