Fallsview Restaurant - Located on the fallsview dining level, the newly renovated restaurant features spectacular views of the Falls, and World class cuisine. Delectable buffet selections and inviting culinary delights from live action stations make it an ideal location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fallsview is a comfortable, contemporary setting, a dining experience that will please the entire family.

Rainforest Cafe - An adventure in dining. Family dining with rainforest decor, erupting volcano, live shark exhibit, animatronic animals, and large merchandise shop. Open late morning to late night.

Hard Rock Cafe - Rock ´n roll themed restaurant, decorated with rock memorabilia. Offers American cuisine including Tex-Mex dishes, as well as a full merchandise shop full of Hard Rock Niagara Falls memorabilia. Open late morning to late night.

Planet Hollywood - Themed restaurant inspired by film and television. California-inspired menu. Decor celebrates the glamour of Hollywood. Open late morning to late night.

Starbucks Canadian Café - Lobby level café offers hot and cold beverages from early morning to late evening. Pastries and snacks.

Recreation options include an indoor fallsview pool, and the new 24-hour Sheraton Fitness by Core Performance Room. The fitness center is complimentary to all guests, and includes cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training apparatus. An outdoor, seasonal pool is located on an expansive fallsview deck. For a relaxing break from the excitement of the tourist district, the hotel's on-site Christienne Fallsview Spa offers a tranquil and serene space above the Falls. One of a kind, the Spa overlooks the falls and offers services including facials, body treatments, manicures, and massage (surcharges). The Sheraton is located in the center of the 20 acre Falls Avenue Resort Entertainment Complex which is home to hotels, attractions, restaurants and shopping, adjacent to the Clifton Hill tourist district. The Sheraton on the Falls is connected via indoor walkway to one of Niagara's most popular attractions - the 3 acre Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The Waterpark features waterfun for all ages thanks to 16 of the fastest slides in Niagara, a giant wave pool, the Beach House Rain Fortress with 1000 gallon tipping bucket, tiny-tot splash park, adult only jetted hot-tubs, Planet Hollywood Beach Club and more. Newly renovated, the Christienne Fallsview Spa is located on the 14th floor of the Sheraton and features a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The Spa is the only spa in the World with treatment areas that overlook the Falls. The Spa is the exclusive home in Niagara to the GUINOT Skincare line of products, and offers a hydrotherapy infinity tub (one of only six in Canada).

The full service Spa offers a range of body treatments and services including wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures, and massage. Treatment rooms for couples are available. Advanced reservations are required.

Guests under 18 are not allowed in the spa.
