Very convenient to the Falls. Less than 5 min walk down the street to the Falls. Nightly fireworks at 10 which we could partially see from our room. Big plus is free parking. Other hotels charge 25, 50, or even 100 extra for parking off site. We parked and did not move the car for all Niagara attractions. Breakfast can be added to room bill for $15 CA per person. Very reasonable compared to nearby restaurants.Hotel does not have a Falls view, so if that's important choose a different hotel. Drive about 30 min to Niagara By The Lake. Very scenic drive, lots of wineries. Niagara By The Lake is a cute town with lots of restaurants and shops.

The vending machine on third floor has problems to give you what you ordered and sometime transaction of credit card will fail due to communication errors. Per the front desk, it is the 3rd party machine. Other than that everything is good. I like its parking lot behind. Very convenient.

The paper taped to the pool entry keypad was very tacky and didn’t suit the overall atmosphere for the hotel cost. Something you’d expect at a low cost hotel. The stairways needed cleaning. However, we’ve stayed here many times and generally are happy with the overall experience.
