This hotel is fine if you are just looking for a place to sleep in a convenient location, but it would benefit from some investment in infrastructure and amenities.

Arrived at the hotel after an 8-hour drive only to find locked doors and a notice on the window stating the property is permanently closed. Neither the hotel nor Expedia bothered to notify us in advance. We were left stranded on the spot and had to urgently search for alternative accommodation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

The room was clean and staff were very helpful. Air conditioning was necessary and was excellent. One note.... if you need a fridge make sure you request it. I think it was $10 more. Lots of parking and the hotel is an easy walk to the Falls. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It has a convent location; we were on the 3rd floor no elevator the coffee pot was one of these one cup deals not a K-cup and wouldn't even run a full cup of coffee. The Ice and the pool were both out back. They had no kitchen so no free breakfast and I believe that was advertised.

Staff was very helpful. Air conditioning was working fine. There was enough parking. However the hotel needs a deep clean and upgrades. The tv was the only thing updated but there is not basic cable and you have to ask the front desk to hook up Netflix. Carpets are stained, rooms smelled, toiled was dirty like the bowel has not been cleaned in a week. The fridge was stained and had a strong air freshner smell that my food absorbed. The bed sheets were fresh, however there were stain spots. I have stayed here 20 years ago. So sad to see the place has not been updated since then.

The shower mechanism needed to be replaced. This is a motel and a bit dated but sufficient. Be aware that even though this is a motel and not a hotel with plenty of parking in front of your unit or the main entrance, the ownership insists on a $20.00 per night fee to park your car. In my opinion absolutely unacceptable, this is a cash grab for the motel owner. Fortunately I could leave my car at a friends place close by who I was visiting as I would not pay the fee in principal. We will not return.
