“thank you”

The only thing that was a little deceptive....was no indoor pool only outdoor..... The breakfast was fabulous. compared to other continental breakfasts.... clean friendly ....nice decor.... would recommend totally...... need an indoor pool or huge hot tub....... other than that...... fabulous .....we'll stay again and spread the good word.

“Great place to stay”

We have stayed here several times and will go back again. The rooms, beds, and service are quite good. The breakfast is a bargain, and the location is both convenient and quiet. To top it off, there is a grocery store nearby and a good assortment of places to eat are close. Dodge street and 120th make getting around Omaha pretty easy, so this may be the best secret in town for those wanting to shop, go to an event, or just stay for a night or two. I have recommended this place to several friends, and would not hesitate to urge others to stay there.

“Affordable and functional”

I stayed here with family for two nights (November of 2011). The exterior of the building needs some upkeep, but overall it's a very nice place. The service was great, free breakfast was awesome, rooms were comfortable. They have a really nice business room with computers, printer and internet. I did not use the fitness room, but it looked good. The only downside was the hot tub is down, but the site shows they have one. However it seems like they have eliminated it completely. It is rated as a 3 star hotel, so don't expect the Bellagio, but I would say it is better than any 3 star hotel I've been at before.

“Much nicer than expected!!”

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at this Days Inn. The hotel was more upscale than I'd expected; the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. While the temps outside were in triple-digits, our room was nice and cool. Rather than the typical continental breakfast, several hot entrees were offered. We found we were missing our ice bucket, so we called the front desk. Shortly after, an ice bucket filled with ice arrived to our room :-) The only thing lacking was the pool, which is currently being renovated. We didn't care about the availability of pool, but others might. For the price, this was a great hotel, and I would definitely return!

“Great Stay”

This hotel offered more than what I expected. It was just switching from Holiday Inn to Quality Inn, but offered the accommodations of an upscale hotel. The only disappointment was the outdoor pool.

“Great Hotel in West Omaha”

Quality Inn and Suites was great. It was very close to all the places I needed to go to while I was in Omaha. The hotel room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

“Hotel in Northwest Omaha”

Stay was very pleasant. Only problem was front desk person did not know the hotel layout better. I had knee replacement that went bad. Ended up walking on walker 3/4 around to hotel to get to room. She could have directed me the opposite end. Would have been shorter and I could have drivento nearest entrance and made it simplier. Otherwise, very nlce and enjoyable stay

“Great hotel, great price, wonderful breakfast!”

We were a little skeptical about staying here based on some of the recent reviews and comments concerning the renovations, etc. The pool was re-opened and very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave it a 4 on comfort was because of the A/C unit. It kept coming on and off in the middle of the night which made it difficult to stay asleep. The room decor was simple but nice. The breakfast was impressive. I was expecting danishes, fruit and juice however every morning we had biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon, eggs, omelets, danishes, muffins, fruit, cereal, toast, or a variety of that. It was delicious and the staff was wonderful. One morning we arrived late for breakfast (thinking it was still weekend since it was Labor Day) and the woman working the breakfast kept it open longer and made sure we had everything we needed. Checking in was a breeze and the manager who helped us make our reservation even went as far as to ensure we could have a microwave and fridge in our room for our baby's needs. Whatever construction is still going on was "off the beaten path" or barely noticeable at this point. Lobby is clean and very nice-looking, nice library and eating area. Only other complaint is that we weren't ever able to get wifi on our stay. Not sure what was wrong but I did hear another family mention that as well. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!
