This was probably the worst kept hotel ive ever stayed at. The have 3 5 person max elevators. 1 of which wasnt working. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator multiple times. The staff knew this and they would ride the the elevator to the top with their laundry and cleaning carts to be able to go down. This made the elevator situation far worse.
Our room had no working AC when we got there. They did replace the AC unit after about an hour but they tracked dirt all over our room in the process. Our room had 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had significant water damage and the carpet was constantly wet by that bathroom. You could see they painted over previously water damaged trim around that bathroom door. The room was also very dirty when we arrived. The bathroom door had a dirty handprint on it. There was also a significant water damaged part of the ceiling. I have pictures of these things if they claim I'm lying. The pool you could tell had been repainted at some point, but their were ares at the bottom, where paint was peeling. They were full the weekend we stayed, but they ran out of blankets and both us and our family staying in another room didnt have blankets for the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofas were also sloped backwards at about a 10 degree incline. Thus if you didnt want the blood to rush to your head as you slept, you had to sleep with your head at the foot of the sleeper sofa. This was the case in both our room and our the other room our family booked.
