While moving our things into the room we found a cockroach and decided not to stay. The lawn was unkept and the buildings are in need of repairs. The woman at the desk was very helpful and understanding.

The suites worked well for our groups, plenty of beds but not enough towels! We also had an issue with the key getting into one of the rooms and were told maintenance would be there in the morning but we were leaving early so it didn't matter. The pool was great for the kids and the staff even kept it open a little longer for us since we arrived late which was super nice. We were lacking enough towels but couldn't get more because they were full, so some just didn't shower. Overall it was fine for one night on our way home!

This property was well appointed with lots of space, all the amenities found at higher priced units with clean comfortable rooms- especially the bed. The staff was excellent in assisting with any requests or needs we had. The buffet breakfast was yummy as well. We would stay again and found the location very convenient to the activities we planned!

Overall, good stay for one night. Freaked out a bit when checking in, and the clerk told me we had a standard King with no sofa. Since we have an 11 yo I needed it for her to have a place to sleep, and the room I reserved said there would be one. He offered to provide bedding for her to sleep on the floor. THANKFULLY, there was a sleeper sofa, so possible crisis overted! Otherwise very comfortable, great sized room, great breakfast!

I dont usually do reviews, but I want to try to help other people make an informed decision before booking here or maybe management can make necessary improvements. Place was relatively convenient for our trip to omaha for baseball tournament, but the units were not the cleanest and they had issues. The first unit we were in did not have hot water and the hvac made loud noises. Fortunately, they were able to move us to another unit, but the ice maker in that one did not work. They did provide ice at our request. The Fridge of that unit leaked water all over our food and some of it got soggy and had to be thrown away. the fridge door did not stay shut very well, so we had to triple check it before we left to make sure we didnt lose all our food. Both units we were assigned had large stains in the carpet. The pool was also shut down for a day or two during our stay due to failed city inspection. The continental breakfast had relatively few options so we did not find much value in that. The pool and basketball court and outdoor grilling space were fun for the kids so it served its purpose but not sure if it was worth it for the price.

Was very neat & clean. Staff was friendly. Was close to dining options and main road. Kind of trucky to get into and out of parking lot. Rooms were large enough for a whole family. Very comfortable beds.

Dirtiest most disgusting place I've ever been to. Looked like a cat used the couch for a scratching post. Carpet had multiple stains. Bathroom door jam was rotted at bottom. Table was burned and cracked. Had to kill a few bugs. Don't even think of staying here.

The first room I had smelled like febreeze covering smoke and water damage, as we were leaving a bug flew out at us, the second room was better but still had a smoke dingy smell to it. The room was kinda run down. The pool was not open for a few days. On the description it says daily cleaning but the only come in Mondays, I had to go to the desk for fresh towels and toilet paper. It was so bad we left a day early. Would never stay there again!! Another friend checked 5 rooms before going to stay some where else. Save your money.

This hotel was disgusting. The floors had so many weird stains, nothing was dusted, gross spots and stains on the walls and curtains. Hair, dirt and so many bugs (not bed bugs) in the bedding when we got there. The couch that wasn’t rubber was filthy. I had to buy wipes to clean the counters and couch myself. There was hair in the upstairs shower. We had to ask for new bedding and had to put it on ourselves. We were never offered clean sheets or towels even though five of us stayed there for five days. The advertisement on Expedia was wrong which Expedia fixed. It was advertised as two bedROOMS and a loft but it was just two beds plus a loft with a bed. Just really gross and disappointing for the $1700 bill. Absolutely would’ve stayed somewhere else if we had a choice.

I was only in Omaha for 5 nights for a Multisport race in Cunningham Lake, 10 miles away. My room was truly well-appointed w/ king bed, plenty of space, large well-equipped kitchen — everything you need! I checked “transportation” because my Uber rides were all VERY reasonable — I don’t like renting cars!
