Used this hotel for a family vacation. We got a two room loft suite and a king suite. There was mouse droppings in the mattress of one pull out couch and a sticky trap under the second couch and behind one of the tv stands. The hotel itself has a great concept and layout but needs some basic maintenance. Continental breakfast was really good. Some staff were amazing while evening staff was a little less so. The rooms were decent and the beds comfortable. One of our rooms did not have air conditioning. The kitchen in room was wonderful for what we needed on our trip. Spacious closets. Overall I don’t know that I’d go back to this hotel, but it worked for what we needed. I really liked the private entrances. I wasn’t as thrilled with the cleanliness of the rooms or the lack of climate control. The rooms were surface clean, but not clean clean (stains on carpet, dust on light fixtures and dirt in grout/along baseboards, etc.). Other than that, I really didn’t have lot for complaints

First room smelled of pee. Lady at front desk moved us to a new room. Next room was ok, dusty but fine. However when we opened up the pull out couch it had an old french fry, an old dirty sock, pee stains, and bugs. We asked the front desk to come up to look at the bed. She stated the bugs were not bed bugs and that it was just dirty. She said house keeping was not her job. We asked for a different room and she told us I was too picky and I wouldn't be happy with any room. She was then disrespectful to my elderly mother and told go ahead and take her pictures of the room and post them. I called expedia to explain what was happening and if they could move us. Expedia was not helpful in resolving this issue either. The customer service rep said she called the hotel and verified with the front desk the condition of the rooms, yet she could not move us. I have pictures and video of the conditions in the rooms. Under no circumstances should we be expected to sleep on a dirty mattress. Expedia also list when booking, to charge your card then or at property. I selected to charge my card at hotel. My card was charged when I booked not at the hotel.

This property is very nice. I honestly did not think it would be as nice as it was! Very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The road going up to it needs a little help but honestly the best for the dollar!

Our King suite unit was very clean. Being an older property there was a few minor things that could be repaired (missing baseboard in the kitchen, bent rods in the dishwasher) but that didn't affect our lovely stay. It was a convenient location to the events we attended and being off Dodge St. it was quiet, other than the barking dog below our unit. The breakfasts were really good. We will stay here again our next trip to Omaha.

The bed was comfortable, however, the rooms were in poor repair and the manager was outside smoking constantly. I waited for 10 min at checkin because no one was at the desk.

The hotel manager seemed to be out of her mind. When I came into the lobby to check in, she was rude, dismissive, and insulting. (I didn't realize until later that she had been arguing with a male customer who was standing at the counter). She was insulting and when I asked if she was having a bad day, she cancelled our reservation! I was stunned, but a little relieved. I asked her for a confirmation that she cancelled, at first she said ok but then ended up screaming at me asking why I was still there. I asked for a printout of the cancellation, she then refused and told me to leave. She said I was trespassing. I was reluctant to leave with out confirmation of her cancelling our reservation. I asked again for a print out. She came out from behind the desk and approached me as if she was going to push me. At that point I just left. I went out to the car and told my husband what happened. We were trying to figure out what to do next. The man she was arguing with came outside, asked if I was ok, she came out yelled at him and then yelled at us that we were parked on her property and were trespassing. It was honestly the strangest and scariest experience I have ever encountered at a hotel. I tried to get a refund, but she refuses. She claims that I was aggressive (I was not) and Expedia has been no help. Avoid this place at all cost!
