Clean, comfortable hotelPosted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: Nice room and near downtown.
Cons: Larger lobby for continental breakfast.
Location: Near downtown.
Although ordinary looking motel on the outside, it is very well appointed inside my room with microwave, ref, large LCD TV, iron/board, blower, independent air conditioning, clean comfortable bed and complimentary airport shuttle and continental breakfast with coffee, juice, waffles, fruit, yogurt served in the small lobby. Staff are friendly and efficient. Very good value.

Ok hotel close to US AirwaysPosted Dec 20, 2014
I was a little discouraged upon arrival, I even thought about looking for a different place based on the looks of the hotel but it was already paid for non refundable and was just for 1 night so I stayed. Check in was very easy and we were given a free upgrade to a king size bed without even asking. The room itself was clean, modern looking and I must say pretty comfortable. Overall was a good experience.

Better than expectedPosted Dec 19, 2014
Pros: The price, the location, the modern rooms.
Cons: The lighting in the room
Location: 15 min walk or less to downtown.
For the price of this hotel it was excellent. I was attending an trade expo from overseas and I was pleasantly surprised how close this hotel was to the convention centre and downtown - about a 15min walk. The room was great and had all the comforts that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I always felt safe. If you only want a couple of minute walk to the hotel sure pay the extra hundred dollars a night but if you don't care this hotel is the pick.

Pros: Location and price.
We were going to a Fleetwood Mac concert nearby, so the location was ideal. While an older hotel, It has been refurbished very nicely. It was quiet and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Home away from homePosted Dec 12, 2014
We go to Phoenix a lot for baseball games and concerts, and we always stay here. Price is right, rooms are clean, DirecTV, and good service from Sam and his wife.

Good value for money, for a short stayPosted Dec 6, 2014
The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, and the staff were efficient. My room came with a microwave and fridge, and reliable wifi and cable TV. Close to the airport, with free shuttle service there and back. It is walking distance to the downtown area. The only thing that made me slightly uncomfortable is the reputation the area has for being unsafe. My brother and I were happy to walk to and from the motel at night on the side closest to downtown (which was well-lit). But we decided not to risk wandering down the other side when it got dark (the side closer to McDonald's). Overall, I still had a good experience at this place.

Room was ok, but door took a hell of a slamming to latch closed. Great location downtown though.
